Our extensive Group Exercise programme boasts over 160 classes per week across our three Centres in West Sussex with Lancing Manor being home to a large Studio, Wellbeing Suite and the Wellbeats Virtual System which provides over 150+ classes outside our current live timetable.

Important Notes 

  • When attending a session please check in at Reception beforehand and collect a receipt
  • Please ensure you arrive at the sessions on time to avoid any delay in starting 
  • Please give at least 2 hours notice if you are unable to attend a pre-booked session 
  • Some sessions are subject to change during the school holidays 
  • All sessions are suitable for all abilities, unless stated otherwise
  • All sessions are multi-level unless otherwise stated 
  • We reserve the right to change instructions without prior notice 
  • Management reserve the right to cancel and alter the sessions if necessary
