Kids Activities

It can be difficult to get kids up and about at the best of times, and especially if you are all stuck at home. Even with the kids at home they still need to be active for 60 minutes a day. Change4life have loads of great indoor activities and games for them to play so they can still get the activity they needs even when stuck inside.

As a not-for-profit charitable organisation, we rely on our member income to be able to provide ongoing health & leisure facilities for the local community. Currently with our memberships frozen we are receiving no income which means we need your help to enable us to continue support for everyone to keep active and mentally healthy at home and ensure we are here for you when we return to some version of ‘normal’.
