Adur Community Leisure Ltd

Adur Community Leisure Ltd entered into creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 27 July 2020. Creditors’ voluntary liquidation is an insolvency process (administration is another one).  This insolvency process means that there is not expected to be enough cash to pay all of the company’s creditors in full.  An important task of the Liquidators is to sell assets and recover monies so that creditors can be paid.
