From Technogym cardio and resistance machines to free weights, functional training and a dedicated stretch area, our welcoming fitness suite caters for all ages and abilities. Your workout data is stored on your personal Technogym Wellness Key, so you can track and monitor your progress both in the gym and at home.

FAQS
Yes — a fitness induction is compulsory for all new members and must be booked by appointment. Our qualified staff will walk you through the equipment, covering safe use and how to develop your personal programme. Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers.
Members aged 14 and over can use the main fitness suite at any time without supervision, just like adult members. Please note that free weights are restricted to members aged 16 and over, while fixed weights and resistance machines are available from age 13. We also offer Junior Gym sessions for 11-15 year olds, which run at scheduled times with qualified supervision and require pre-booking.
A Technogym Wellness Key is required to use the fitness suite and is available for £13.00 (non-refundable). It stores all your workout data and allows you to track your progress in the gym and at home via the My Wellness platform.
Yes — alongside our Technogym cardio and resistance machines, our fitness suite includes a dedicated functional training area featuring TRX, Kettle Bells, ViPRs, Battle Ropes and Reebok Boxing Equipment, as well as a free weights and stretch area.
