At Impulse Leisure we host a wide variety of group exercise classes all of which can be tailored to suit individual needs and abilities. Our professional, qualified and friendly team of class instructors are there to encourage and motivate YOU throughout the class. 

 

Our classes are between 30-60 minutes each and are timetabled throughout the day 7 days a week. Our most popular classes can be booked up to 8 days in advance so make sure you get in quick to avoid disappointment.

 

We have broken our classes in five categories so whatever type of class you are looking for we are guarantee to have something to suit you!

CARDIO

Aerobic fitness is a great way to burn of those calories and improve your endurance. Classes include HIIT, Group Cycling, Step, Rebounding & Circuits.

WEIGHTS

Designed to increase strength and body tone. Classes include boxing fitness

WELLBEING

Rest & Digest whilst we take you through a deep state of calm whilst improving your core, balance and mental health. Classes include Yoga & Pilates.

DANCE

Leave your worries at the door and dance them away. Our dance classes are there to combine cardio with fun! Why not give Zumba or Total Barre a go.

WATER RESISTANCE

Safe and challenging classes that focus on cardio, conditioning, rehabilitation and body toning. Aqua is a great class to try if you want a low impact but challenging experience.

BOOKINGS

All classes are available to members and non-members and can be booked at Reception, Online or via our App 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Platinum Members: booking is available 8 days in advance

Standard Members: booking is available 7 days in advance (must be booked in advance as payment is required)

Non Members: booking is available 7 days in advance (must be booked in advance as payment is required)

 

If you're having trouble booking into your class online, follow these simple steps below:

  • 1. Search for "Impulse Leisure" in Google or another search engine
  • 2. Select Impulse Leisure from the list of search results
  • 3. Click on the ‘Bookings’ button in the bottom left hand corner of Impulse Leisure's home page or at the top of the screen
  • 4. Continue to book into your class as usual

Please respect other members on the waiting list by cancelling any sessions that you are unable to attend.

Can't make your session? You can also cancel online 2 hours before your class.

If a class or other fitness session is not cancelled and you do not turn up there will be a £1 service charged to your account and bookings will not be accessible until this has been paid for.
