At Impulse Leisure we have tried to make activity bookings really simple by giving you the option to book at Reception, Online or via our App!

All bookings online & on the app can be booked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Ensuring you never miss a workout!

Class Bookings

Platinum Members: booking is available 8 days in advance

Standard Members: booking is available 7 days in advance (must be booked in advance as payment is required)

Non Members: booking is available 5 days in advance (must be booked in advance as payment is required)

If you're having trouble booking into your class online, follow these simple steps below:

1. Search for "Impulse Leisure" in Google or another search engine

2. Select Impulse Leisure from the list of search results

3. Click on the ‘Bookings’ button in the bottom left hand corner of Impulse Leisure's home page or at the top of the screen

4. Continue to book into your class as usual

Please respect other members on the waiting list by cancelling any sessions that you are unable to attend.

Can't make your session? You can cancel online 1 hour before your class.

If a class or other fitness session is not cancelled and you do not turn up there will be a £1 service charge added to your account and bookings will not be accessible until this has been paid for.

The £1 fine paid will be used to support our charitable projects, including Save a Babies Life Courses, Grub Club and our Exercise on Referral Schemes. This will allow us to continue providing these essential services, once we are in a position to re-start them. 

Gym Bookings

Due to social distancing measures we have had to limit the number of people into our gyms at any one time. Therefore all Gym sessions MUST be booked in advance.
