Tree tops is a special school for pupils with a wide, diverse and often complex range of special educational needs. Shaun built up a fantastic rapport with the pupils who were all working at different levels of ability. He showed patience, understanding and compassion for all pupils. I cannot over emphasise the fantastic job he did. He was so good; the pupils got together and brought him a thank you present, which they presented to him at the end of their last session. I sincerely hope we can work with him again in the future - Paul Smith, Tree Tops School Head Teacher

My 18 year old autistic son, Sam, recently took up golf lessons with Shaun Westfall at impulse leisure. Despite trying many different activities, this is the first one that has met with success. Our main aim was for sam to have a hobby that he enjoyed outside of the home and I was delighted to find someone who had completed a course in coaching clients with special needs. Sam’s golf lessons have exceeded our expectations, not only does he look forward to every session, but he has also made great progress. He has improved significantly in the year he has been doing it, this is no small part due to Shaun’s coaching technique. He is patient and explains everything clearly, whilst making it fun. If you are considering golf lessons I would highly recommend Shaun as a coach. Sam really enjoys every lesson and gets on very well with Shaun. It is a pleasure to see his progress every week - Kathryn Moisey
