Working on stamina, strength, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness. Children will get to find their own baseline level and then each week take part in a variety of activities to improve this. For children 7-12 years

A fun and energetic session including popular games and urban rebounding. Available for juniors aged 5 - 15 years at Belhus Park and Corringham.

Come along and enjoy a workout after school or at the weekend using the very latest gym equipment. Junior Gym is a fun way to get active and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Have a go on the treadmills, bikes, rowers and much more with the fully qualified gym staff around to help.

On first visit, juniors will be required to undertake a one hour gym induction. Proof of age and a medical questionnaire must be completed by a parent or guardian.

Available for juniors aged 11 - 15 years.

At Lancing Manor

Run in a calm environment and teach the children a variety of poses and positions. We use games and activities to engage the children and help them develop their enjoyment of this very beneficial activity. The sessions will help children have time to switch off and focus on themselves as well as improving their mental and physical wellbeing.
