The Civic Hall is designed to be accessible and welcoming to all our visitors. Whether you’re coming along for a swim, a fitness class, or one of our many activities, our facilities and dedicated team are here to make sure your visit is comfortable from start to finish.
Accessible from the Start
Getting into the venue is easy, with 8 disabled parking bays, a ramp to the front entrance, and automatic doors. Inside, you’ll find a hearing loop, a disabled toilet in the foyer, and a friendly team trained in disability awareness, always on hand to help.
Carer Tickets
We offer carer tickets for visitors who require additional support, simply provide proof of status on arrival (T&Cs apply).
