We run a range of training courses across our Essex sites, delivered by qualified, experienced instructors with a professional approach to every session. Our courses are run in partnership with leading training providers, including IoS (Institute of Swimming), STA (Swimming Teachers Association) and QLM (Quality Leisure Management), giving you access to nationally recognised qualifications for the leisure industry.

What Our Courses Cover
Our courses are practical, hands-on and built around the skills the leisure industry relies on, from pool lifeguarding (NPLQ) and swim teaching (STA) to pool plant operation (PPO). Each course is led by experienced instructors and results in a genuine, industry-recognised qualification.
Whether you’re looking to gain a brand-new qualification or simply want to upskill, our courses are designed to be thorough, practical and relevant to real working environments.
