Are you looking for help and support to lose weight? Football v Fat is our 12-week football themed weight management scheme specifically for men. Whether you play, have played, or always wanted to play football, our 12-week programme of coach led physical activity plus dietary support will aid you in becoming fitter, stronger and lose weight.

Over the course of the 12-week Football v Fat weight management scheme, you will attend 2 sessions per week which including football based fitness sessions. Plus support from our highly qualified and friendly staff, nutrtion advice and monthly weigh-ins to check your progress.

Mondays 8pm - 9pm & Wednesdays 7pm - 8pm at USP College, Chadwell Road, Grays, on an all-weather pitch (astro)

To check you are eligible to take part, please view our eligibility criteria below.

  • Thurrock resident
  • Aged over 18 years old
  • Must be a new attendee
  • Registered with a Thurrock GP
  • No contra-indications to exercise
  • Have a BMI of 25 to 39.9. Calculate your BMI by clicking here
  • Are able to commit to a 12-week programme, where you must attend at least 2 sessions per week
