Impulse Leisure continues to run successful apprenticeship schemes in partnership with leading training providers. The majority of our apprentices have progressed to take up permanent employment and promotions throughout the sector.
The apprenticeships we provide within our local community are designed to give valuable insight into the leisure industry and breadth of acknowledge in many disciplines within leisure centres. And, these opportunities support our current and future needs, as a sector too.
Delivered in partnership with our current training providers our apprenticeships consist of a competence-based qualification (NVQ), transferable skills (key skills or functional skills) and a range of technical qualifications, which provide the underpinning knowledge necessary for broader development and future employment opportunities.
