Swimming Lessons

Learning to swim is an essential life skill and here at Impulse Leisure our iSwim programme is designed to help to build confidence in the water and offers progressive levels of achievement, where skills and confidence are developed. Our lessons are available for all ages and abilities, and are hosted as one-to-one or groups. We aren’t just here for the beginners learning to swim, we are also there to support those who want to learn skills at a competitive level too.

Junior activities booking update.

Our junior activities and facilities have proven to be very popular, thank you to all our members for your continued support. We love to see our community investing in their health and helping to create an active and healthy community.

Similar to our recent booking update about our adult swim sessions, as of the 1st of March, we are going to be introducing a small £1 charitable donation to some junior activities and sessions, including the Junior Gym, Driving Range, Swim Sessions, and exercise classes.

We’re putting this in place due to a large increase in no-shows and cancellations. If the £1 charity donation is applied to your account, the payment will need to be made at reception before a new session can be booked. If you’re a parent with a child that has a membership with us, please let them know as soon as possible about this booking update.

If you’re late or unable to attend your book session, please cancel using your online account or by calling your centre. If you don’t have an account online, speak to one of our membership advisors and they will happily set this up for you with parental consent. If you don’t show up, cancel within an hour, or are more than five minutes late, you will be charged a small £1 charitable donation that will be automatically charged to your account the next morning.

This will affect juniors on individual memberships, including Active 1115 and i-swim DD. If you’re on a family membership package, the donation will only be reflected on the individual’s file.

Again, we’d like to thank you for being an integral member of our community and for your support in this new update which will ensure that every junior has a fair chance to attend activities and sessions.

Thank you for your continued support.
