The wait is nearly over…swimming lessons are returning on Monday 12th April!

We’re super excited that our swimming pools are included as part of step 2 of the governments roadmap to easing lockdown restrictions and we can’t wait to welcome your child(ren) back to their swimming lessons from Monday 12th April.

No, all swimming lessons will remain on the same day and time as they were previously prior to our closure.

We can assure you that no-one will be out of pocket, and due to the government’s provisional re-opening date for swimming pools being part way through the month, we will be making adjustments to your next direct debit payment which is due to be taken on or around 1st May.

Therefore, your direct debit payment may be lower than usual, to compensate for the lessons lost during our closure period. You do not need to do anything, your swimming lessons will be automatically unfrozen.

For those who wish to continue to freeze their swimming lessons, we have made this easy for you to do: simply freeze your lessons/direct debit via our my payments portal. You can do this on the app or by clicking here.  Alternatively, you can contact DFC directly at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or 01908 422007. Please note that if you choose to freeze your lessons, you will be removed from your current lesson time and day and once you are ready to return, you must contact us and we will provide you with our available lesson days and times.

To continue to freeze your swimming lessons, you MUST have contacted DFC or completed the my payments form no later than the 21st April.

If you have paid for your swimming lessons upfront as a block booking, we can assure you that you will not be out of pocket and any swimming lesson you had remaining at the time of our closure will be honoured.
