Join a Revolutionary Diabetes Health and Well-being Programme in Tilbury

Revolutionise your approach to managing diabetes with our fully-funded 15-week programme tailored specifically for Tilbury residents. This ground-breaking initiative aims to elevate your health and overall well-being through a comprehensive regimen of exercise, medication education, and personalised dietary guidance.

The programme will begin on Wednesday 8th May and be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6pm for the following 15 weeks.

What you can expect from the Diabetes Health and Well-being Programme

Delivered by expert trainers from Impulse Leisure in collaboration with the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative (MSECC), a partnership comprising of Essex Partnership University Trust (EPUT), North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT), and Provide Community Interest Company (Provide CIC), this programme is a testament to our commitment to supporting individuals with diabetes in our community.

The sessions will be delivered in the evenings at Tilbury Community Centre in the spring and summer.
