The Staff Reward and Recognition Scheme is in place for the recognition of staff members or teams who have demonstrated outstanding achievement or excellence for effort above and beyond their normal job responsibilites in the short-term which has been of such a high standard that it has made a significant postivie difference to customers, colleagues, the department or Impulse Leisure as a whole.
- All nominations for an "Rewarding Excellence" award must be made on a "Rewarding Excellence Scheme Nomination Form". You can request a form direct from a Centre Manager, Duty Manager of the HR Department at any time. If you are nominating a team, all team members should be named.
- All completed nomination forms must be submitted to the Contract Manager (ACL - Andrew Dunstan, TCL - Lee Clary)
- Once submitted the form will be checked by the Contract Manager and HR department
- If nominations are successful the nominees will be informed this includes the reason why they were nominated, who they were nominated by and the steps you must take in order to redeem your reward. If nominations are unsuccessful the nominator will be contacted to inform them why it was unsuccessful.
- A list of successful nominations will be announced in staff forums.
- All successful nominations will be reviewed annually and a Staff Contribution of the Year Award will be selected by the Group Senior Management Team. The Chief Executive will present the award and the winner will be able to select purchase and claim a gift of their choice.
