Non-Member booking - Impulse Leisure

At Impulse Leisure our mission is to create active and healthy communities and with 1000’s of visitors to our centres every year it is our priority to keep everyone safe and active.

If you are an existing member then you will have already registered your details, however if you are a pay and play user you are required to complete a non-member activity registration before using the facilities.

STEP 1: CLICK HERE TO SIGN OUR NON-MEMBER ACTIVITY REGISTRATION

You will need to complete the registration once a year and we will keep your details on record for additional visits. You can request to remove your details from our system early, prior to this date, by contacting us here.
The registration process will make you aware of the club terms and conditions of use and ensure that you have undertaken a self-assessment to declare that you are fit and healthy to undertake unsupervised activity.
Under 16’s require a parent/guardian to complete the registration on their behalf.
For families booking swim sessions we only require one parent/guardian to register as the lead booker.

Please note:

Once your registration is complete you will receive a 12 digit code beginning with 414. This is not your personal Member ID number.

Your confirmation form may state “direct debit”; please note this is not a direct debit and is a free service which does not cost you.

STEP 2: CREATE YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT VIA THE IMPULSE LEISURE WEBSITE TO BOOK AND PAY FOR ACTIVITIES

Visit our online booking page here and follow the instructions below to create your account.
Press forgotten password, ensure you enter the same email address you registered and follow the verification instructions.
You will receive an email with your personal Member ID number on it and a link where you can create your password.
Once you have created your password log back into your account to make and pay for bookings.
